Amenities:

All of our villas and apartments are fully furnished and equipped. The kitchens have a dishwasher, washer/dryer, gas stove/electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishes, pots, pans & all utensils. The living rooms offer a flat-screen television and DVD player. Central heating is available in the three-bedroom apartments/villas. All properties are serviced once a week.

Pool heating is €250 per week (where applicable).

Villa Sunset Vista is a modern three-bedroom villa offering a fantastic location with endless views of the luscious landscape of Armação de Pêra.

Inside, you’re met with stunning interiors with well-selected furniture and spacious open-plan living space. In the lounge, enjoy a comfortable seat on the sleek sofas whilst looking out over the pool terrace and onto the greenery surrounding the villa. Ensure everyone stays cool with the air conditioning fitted to make sure you have a comfortable stay. The generous fully fitted kitchen offers many appliances and a breakfast bar for an easygoing self-catering experience. On the first floor, you’ll find the three bedrooms which all have ensuites and access to the balcony.

We imagine you’ll spend most of your time enjoying the great outdoor area. The terrace is a mix of lawn and stone tile furnished with garden furniture, sunbeds, and a dining table to make sure you can make the most of your time. Whether you prefer to soak up the sun or stay in the shade, you’re sure to find an ideal spot with the large covered terrace and expansive open garden.

The local area is bustling with life, once a humble fishing village Armação de Pêra has transformed into a well-loved tourist area but has managed to retain its charm in the old town which is home to the 16th Century chapel.

This remarkable 6-bedroom boutique villa, just a short walk from the beach, offers an exquisite holiday retreat. Its standout feature is a stunning garden with a serene lake, a large pool, a putting green, outdoor games, and an inviting Jacuzzi. Perfect for groups valuing personal space and a connection with nature, this villa provides an ideal outdoor haven.

Featuring 6 en-suite bedrooms with air conditioning, the villa offers flexibility, with five bedrooms on the ground floor and an additional detached bedroom upstairs. Three bedrooms boast separate entrances, ensuring boutique-style privacy within the group. The villa also provides two extra temporary beds for added accommodation.
