Spanning multiple floors, the villa’s ground floor hosts two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two singles—each with its private bathroom featuring bathtubs, along with an additional WC. Upstairs, three more bedrooms await, including a king-size bedroom with an attached bathtub-equipped bathroom, and two double bedrooms with private bathrooms—one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. The basement houses another double bedroom with a shower-equipped private bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning for added comfort.

Upon entry, guests are greeted by a tastefully decorated hallway leading to a sophisticated living room with cosy sofas, unique decor, English TV channels, and Wi-Fi access. The dining area with French doors seamlessly connects to the garden and pool. The villa also boasts a well-equipped kitchen, laundry room, a second living room in the basement, and a games room with various entertainment options. Outside, the spacious garden, complemented by the adjacent golf course, features a sizable swimming pool, a children’s area, and outdoor dining under a pergola with a charcoal BBQ.
